Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MailMaxer. By signing up, you agree to them. If something here does not make sense to you, write us at hello@mailmaxer.com before you sign up.

The service

MailMaxer is a direct mail service for local Medicare agents. We pull prospect data, brand and send letters in your name, provision per-letter call tracking, and report results in your dashboard. Templates and call routing remain under our control so we can keep the service compliant and consistent across the group.

Payment

Pricing is $199 setup (one-time) and $29 per month, billed annually. Mail costs (data, print, postage) pass through at our actual cost, with no markup, and are billed alongside the campaigns you run. We will tell you the expected per-piece cost in writing before any campaign drops.

No guarantee of results

Direct mail response varies by market, list, season, and offer. We project 5 to 7 percent contact rates on the T65 program based on real campaign data, but we do not guarantee specific results, call volume, appointments, or policies written. Be careful of anyone who does.

Compliance

You agree to use MailMaxer in line with CMS marketing guidance and applicable federal and state regulations governing Medicare marketing. Our templates are written to current guidance and reviewed annually, but you are ultimately responsible for what you mail in your name.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Pre-paid annual fees are not refundable for the unused portion of the term unless we materially fail to provide the service. Any unbilled mail costs already committed for an in-flight campaign remain your responsibility.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of MailMaxer will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kansas.
