This policy covers MailMaxer (mailmaxer.com). We try to keep this short and readable. If anything is unclear, write us at hello@mailmaxer.com and we will answer.

What we collect

When you submit the setup request form, we collect your name, agency name (if provided), email, phone number, state, list size, current mail spend, and any notes you choose to share. We also record your IP address and browser user agent for basic abuse prevention. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

We use your information only to contact you about MailMaxer services, to estimate your list and costs, and to deliver the service if you become a customer. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. We do not share it with anyone outside of the vendors we rely on to run MailMaxer (for example, email delivery and database hosting), and only to the extent needed to operate the service.

How long we keep it

We retain setup request submissions while you are an active prospect or customer, plus a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time and we will do so within 30 days unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@mailmaxer.com from the email address on file and we will respond within a few business days.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date below. If the change is material, we will email customers we have on file.
